Stramara as a Business Development Consultant. In this role, he leverages his extensive DoD experience and expertise in developing government business to assist MBDi clients in their revenue growth efforts in process, planning and change management. As a change accelerator, Kevin instilled Six Sigma analysis and process skills into sales and marketing teams resulting in 11% growth in Defense and Space Aerospace revenue. Previously, Kevin was a career U.S. Army officer, retiring as a Colonel after 26 years’ service. His wealth of experience runs from Army Battalion Commander in Bamberg, Germany and Kosovo to Brigade Commander at Fort Hood, Texas and Iraq. He also served with the Operations Directorate, G3 Headquarters Department of the Army, and on the Pentagon, Joint Staff as Director of Operations, J3, Executive Officer. A native of Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania, Kevin graduated from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, with a BS degree in Engineering. He also earned an MS in National Security Strategy from the National War College, and an MS in Exercise Science from Penn State University. He holds a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
