Placement must match the exis+ng placement. 2.  If the team is making adjustments to the IEP, or the student is due for reevalua+on, only include a “transfer service” and “transfer goal” to allow finaliza+on of the process. The student can then be automa+cally moved to the regular IEP process or reevalua+on process as appropriate based on due dates.
