Awards: Awards/ribbons requested and earned this semester must be issued this semester. Class leaders take care of your cadets. Parris Island: Cadet going to Parris Island. Please Provide your summer contact information. Sign up sheets are located in each classroom. Again, cost is $85 get your paper work in by June 30. The packing list is posted on the unit website. NSU and Cargo Khaki will be issued for Parris Island on the 18th and 19th of June between 1000 and 1400. Cadets will need to get the khaki uniform hemed before we go to Parris Island. Shoe Drive: We need your help to collect new or gently worn shoes no later than 20 June 2014. This effort will help the National MAMA ( National Montford Point Association) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tie shoes together inpairs and drop them off in the box placed in SUPPLY area. Core knowledge Quiz: as always there will be a core knowledge quiz the first week back for all returning cadets. Chiefs and Officers: Chiefs and Officers only are required to wear Nsu's the first day back to school. AMI: We are expecting to have our Annual Military Inspection Fall semester this year. So it is important that everyone is serious, and ready to do work when we get back. Uniform Return: If you still have a uniform that has not been returned with out a reason to hold it over the summer your name will be turned into the book keeper and students will be responsible. Summer Fun: Have fun this summer, but be safe! Leadership Academy and Sailing Academy: Students attending should make sure you have required uniform parts this week. LA cadets should continue to workout and be ready for daily PT and Physical fitness test do not wait till the last minute to advise SNSI of a problem. First day of school: Uniform first day of school for chiefs and officers is NSU. All chiefs and officers must attend officer's call at 0810 in SNSI's room.
