Application
These cocoa powders are suitable for making chocolate, coating, bakery products (biscuits and
cakes), desserts (ice cream and cream), chocolate-based beverage and confectionery.
Packing
25 kg each in 3-ply kraft paper bag with an inner polyethylene (PE) layer.
Shelf life
2 years from manufacturing date in original un-opened packaging and stored as recommended.
