SHORT TENDER CALL NOTICE NO. 4559 / 18.08.2014
Sealed Tenders in the Prescribed schedule are invited for installation work of M.D.T.W L.I.Projects
sanctioned under BGREI grant 2014-15 in Turn Key basis from the registered contractors of State PWD / PHED /
RWSS / Irrigation / Rural works or equivalent grade of CPWD / Railway having valid licence of required class along
with with experience in drilling with drilling nature of works mentioned bleow is to be eventually drawn up in PWD
Form - F2 on percentage rate contract under specified Terms & Conditions in confirmity with detailed Tender call
notice .
The tender papers for all the works along with terms and conditions, scope of works, technical
specifications etc. can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, M.L.I.Division, Baripada/Balasore on
payment of the cost of the tender papers (+ 5 % VAT ) ( Non-refundable) as per the detailed tender call notice in
shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Executive Engineer, Mayurbhanj Lift Irrigation Division, Baripada to be
drawn at Baripada on any Nationalised Bank on any working day during Office hour from 25.08.2014 to
27.08.2014. The tender paper will be sold on receipt of written request (mentioning the name of the work) to the
Executive Engineer, M.L.I.Division, Baripada along with the xerox copies of the valid licence of required class
License,Vat clearance certificate and PAN Card. No Tender paper will be sold on the date of receipt of tender i.e.
on dt. 01.09.2014.

All Tender papers will be received by M.L.I.Division, Baripada / L.I.Division,Balasore from 10.30
Am to 4.00 P.M on dt. 01.09.2014 and will be opened on 02.09.2014 at 3.00 PM in the Office of the Executive
Engineer, Mayurbhanj Lift Irrigation Division, Baripada in presence of the Tenderers or their authorised
representatives if any. Tender through Post / Courier will be accepted which should reach the Division Office by
date 01.09.2014 up to 4.00 PM. The Authority will not be held responsible for any Postal / Courier delay for receipt
of Tender beyond the above stipulated date and time.
The E.M.D @ 1 % of the estimated cost has to be deposited along with the Tender paper (work wise)
in shape of Bank draft / Banker's cheque payable to the Executive Engineer, Mayurbhanj Lift Irrigation
Division,Baripada to be drawn at Baripada on any Nationalized Bank, in absence of which the Tender will
summararily be rejected. The contractor who have taken works in the Division & failed to complete the same in
time need not apply for new works.
The undersigned reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of work accept or reject
any or all the Tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
