* NOTICE INVITING TENDER*
Sealed Item Rate tender on form No.6 & 8 are hereby invited by the Executive
Engineer, Sidhatha Medium Irrigation Project Division, Jawali, Distt. Kangra (HP) for the following works
from the approved and eligible class contractors enlisted with HP I&PH Deptt. so as to reach in the office
of the undersigned on or before 23-7-2014 up to 3.00 PM. The tenders shall be opened on the same day at
3.30 PM in the presence of intending firms or their authorized representatives. The tender documents can
be had from this office against cash payment (Non-Refundable) up to 21-7-2014 before 5.00 PM. The
tender documents can also be downloaded from the Departmental website www.hpiph.org. and cost of
downloaded documents shall have to be deposited with the tender in the shape of demand draft drawn in
favour of Executive Engineer, SMIP Jawali.
Tenders without earnest money (duly pledged in favour of XEN SMIP Jawali in the
shape of NSC/Saving account in any of the Post office of H.P. or Time deposit account in H.P. shall not be
entertained and will summarily be rejected at the time of opening. The XENs reserve the right to reject any or
all the tenders without assigning any reason. The offers shall remain valid for 120 days.
WORK No.1:- C/O Sidhatha medium Irrig Project in Tehsil Jawali Distt. Kangra
(SH:- C/O Sub minor(Water course) of M6 under distributor D3 at RD 30/0 to 220 = 220 mtrs and
RD 120/0 to 860 = 860 mtrs. Estimated cost Rs. 559546/- Earnest money Rs.11191/- Time limit:- Four months
Cost of form Rs 250/WORK No.2 :- C/O Sidhatha medium Irrig Project in Tehsil Jawali Distt. Kangra
(SH:- C/O Distributory D-1 M7 left out portion at RD 700 to 900 mtrs.). Estimated cost Rs. 297561/- Earnest
