FOUNDER/PROJECT MANAGER: Founded to build an algorithmic trading platform and develop an ETF
arbitrage event-based trade strategy with initial funding from Israel investors, in 2010 I negotiated full
financial backing from Kapital Trading, a grey box proprietary trading group in Chicago. All infrastructure,
logic and execution were designed and developed in-house under my supervision.
Capital and Financing: Raised and negotiated financing for Oe, Kapital Trading (KT) & Kapital
Securities (KS). Established relationships & reviewed contracts with clearing houses & exchanges.
Systems: Deprecated legacy C++ platform and integrated Java platform. Sourced and integrated
outside systems. Set release features, priorities and times with developers and vendors. Monitored
system for quality control. Identified, tracked, reported, and prioritized bugs. Automated workflow.
Modeling and Research: Modeled event-based strategies in Matlab, using Decision Tree,
Boosting, and SVM techniques, with quants. Created, tested, and developed new factors for
models. Conducted data validation, ensured system integrity and quality control.
Regulatory: Created a US Broker Dealer (BD), registered with the SEC, CBSX, ARCA. Facilitated
international compliance with IIROC, TSX, ARCA. Managed annual audit. Implemented compliance

with senior Traders to arbitrage volatility level between exchanges. Identified arbitrage opportunities
between the SPX, SPF and OEX index options crowds. Worked with head of ETF trading and lead developer
on electronic interface for floor traders and for pricing. Designed interface for on-floor options trading
platform. Wrote a real-time options calculating delta program and ticket distribution system for clerks.
