For more information on how to access your VPS, its functions and necessity, complete Module One in the Diamond Traders Roadmap. I have completed Module One of the DTP Roadmap. 2. Diamond Roadmap The Roadmap is your education guide. Level One will provide you with the     Basic understanding of your VPS The Diamond Traders Program Strategies Your MT4 Platforms, and Forex 101 I have read the DTP Roadmap and watched the Level One video tutorials. This, along with time in the Trading Lounge with our Moderators is recommended for all new members. Levels two, three and four are advanced learning. 3. Creating your account with the VPS third party provider – Web24 Your VPS is free for the first month from the date in which you subscribe to Web24. Along with your Welcome email you have also been emailed instructions on how to create your account with Web24. I have set up my VPS. 4. VT Reset/Update icons on VPS desktop Apart from the Profit Guard platform, you have seven Admiral Markets Pty Ltd platforms on the desktop of your VPS and six Update icons (see below). The updater does two things: i. Allows for Vertue Trading to make changes at the server for all members. To receive these updates you simply close the relevant platform and re-open and the update will automatically be made to your MT4 platforms. ii. It provides a non-global update option. If you inadvertently delete charts or make unwanted changes to a particular profile of charts, you will be able to double click the relevant updater icon and press yes to complete updates and your charts will automatically be restored to their original form after you have restarted MT4. I understand how to open, close and update my MetaTrader charting platforms. 5. Online/email Support Vertue Trading offers online support through the free Skype application between 10.30am and 6.30pm(Sydney Time). You can log onto Skype via the members support section of our website. One of our support team will open a private dialogue with you. Search Skype for “vertuesupport”. If you’ve never used Skype, you can download from http://www.skype.com/en/ and follow installation instructions. Versions are available for both Mac and PC. Alternatively you are able to send an email support request to via the member support area in the email dialogue box. Select a subject line, type your message and click submit or email [email protected]. I have set up a Skype account and understand my VT support options. 6. Twitter Vertue Trading broadcasts trade alerts exclusively through Twitter. To receive trade alerts via Twitter please open a free Twitter Account at https://twitter.com. Once your account has been activated, download the Twitter app from Google Play Store for Android phones or the App Store for Apple iPhones. Log into your new Twitter account via your PC, smart phone, or tablet and search for the following Twitter accounts to follow the strategies you wish. To receive member updates search on Twitter for VertueTrading To follow the FXO Escalator and Paymaster search on Twitter for VertueFXONY To follow the TrendChaser with Adam White search for VertueMTF Send us a tweet and we will accept you as one of VT’s Twitter recipients. You will then start receiving all of our broadcast trade alerts as they occur. I have set up my Twitter account and sent a tweet to ‘vertuetrading’. 7. Open a Live Broker Account Please be aware that your demo account will expire in 30 days. To prevent this please open a live account with one of our partner brokers as soon as possible. You are not required to fund the account immediately - just open it. Once your live account is open, email your broker and request that “your demo account be made permanent”. You can open your broking account by navigating to the home page of the members section on the Vertue Trading website and click the Orange button link to your broker. When opening your account you will be prompted to either:  Provide live trading statements to show you have trading experience, or  Complete a short questionnaire, or  Provide an education certificate from Vertue Trading. Should you require an education certificate you will need to complete Level 1 of the roadmap to satisfy your broker that you meet Australian regulatory requirements to open a live account. New legislation throughout Australia has specified that you either pass the test during the account opening process or show proof of education. Vertue Trading can provide the Certificate to satisfy proof of education. Email [email protected] for you certificate. I have opened a live broker account and emailed a request for a permanent demo account. 8. Connect to Profit Guard Now your live trading account is opened and funded you can now have the Profit Guard and the trade channels connected to your MT4 trading platform. Simply go to http://vertuetrading.com.au/members/pg_setup.asp and fill in the ‘Connect to Profit Guard Request’ form. Please ensure to fill in all the details required. Once support has completed your request you will receive and an email notification. I have requested my Profit Guard channels to be connected. 9. How to connect MT4 to your Live/Funded trading account You can now connect your live account to your MT4 Profit Guard trading platform. Your login number and password will have been emailed to you by your broker when your account was set up.
