1. Please, contact us directly, then fill the Beam Time Request and send it to us
2. We respond to you to clarify basic aspects of the irradiation campaign technical details:
beam parameters, dimensions of your apparatus, cables and voltages etc.
administrative objectives:
visitors, test dates, permissions, delivery, customs etc.
financing:
related to if tests are purely industrial or space agency or university program
scientific side:
results publishing, further tests, calculations etc..
3. Above information allows for preparing for you the Beam Time Offer and send to you
as a confirmation of the allocated beam time.
4. Based on the offer your administrative officer should send to the LTP secretariat the
Beam Time Purchase. Please, include into it such information like proper purchase
number and invoice addressing.
