continuous work of the machine.
Cleaning of a PUR hotmelt machine
Product: Technomelt PUR Cleaner All In One and
Technomelt PUR Cleaner 4.
Application area: PUR - machines and wood gluing

Advantages: Technomelt PUR Cleaner All In One
removes cured adhesive within the application system.
After which the system can be purged with
Technomelt PUR Cleaner 4.

Follow the below mentioned steps:

Empty the vessel of the glue and add the Technomelt PUR Cleaner All In One.
Place an empty vessel under the gun. Pump the cleaner through the whole system until you see it being
dispensed from the gun.
Switch the gun off and wait 30 minutes
Switch the pump on and purge and empty the system.
Add the Technomelt Pur Cleaner 4 into the system and allow it to melt.
Place an empty vessel under the gun. Pump the cleaner through the whole system, purge and empty the
system.
Add the adhesive being used back into the system and switch the pump on.When the blue color disappears
and you can see transparent glue instead, the machine is ready for use.

Removing glue contamination
Product: Technomelt Cleaner Melt-O-Clean from Henkel
Application area: PUR - machines and wood gluing
machines.
Advantages: Removes the majority of PVA glues and
generally all adhesive remains. An atomizer bottle is a
perfect solution when removing hardened glue from
undesirable areas.

Aquence V210 Release Coat.
Application area: PUR - machines + wood gluing
machines as well as machines in packaging industry.
Advantages: If you want to make your cleaning easier,
we suggest that you apply the machine surfaces with
PKI parting agent or spray them with Aquence V210
Release Coat. Repeat the treatment a couple of times
and you will find it easier to remove excess glue with
Technomelt Cleaner Melt-O-Clean.
