Pre-qualification of HVAC Contractor Firms for Establishment of Biosafety Lab
(BSL-3) at University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
University of Agriculture, Faisalabad intends to establish Bio Safety Level -3 (BSL-3) Laboratories at their
Faisalabad Campus.
Sealed application are invited for prequalification from HVAC contractors having valid PEC registration for
HVAC Works of BSL-3 Laboratories and Clean Rooms and who have successfully completed such kind of
jobs of worth Rupees 20 million and above during last five years.
The applications should be accompanied with following documents:
1. Name of the firm, address, status, telephone and fax numbers, years of experience (complete
profile).
2. Valid PEC registration in relevant category.
3. Income tax registration certificate.
4. Income tax return of last three years.
5. General Sales Tax Registration certificate.
6. List of permanent engineering staff.
7. List of machinery tools, equipment available with the firm.
8. List of projects completed during last 5 years, with the letter from employers clearly indication cost
of project, locations, starting & completion dates along with contact details of employers.
9. Undertaking that the firm has never been blacklisted for any government or semi government
department.
10. Undertaking that the firm has never been involved in litigation with and any government/semi
government or private department.
11. Bank statement of last 3 years.
12. Details of in hand projects;
13. Any other information supporting the application;
14. The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad reserves the right to cancel all proposals/applications prior
to acceptance of a bid or proposal
Prequalification application, documents are to be submitted (one original and one copy) in a sealed envelope,
and should reach to the office of undersigned up to 20-12-2014.
The UAF reserves the right to reject all tenders at any time prior to acceptance. The concerned contractor
shall be communicated the ground of its rejection but it is not required to justify the ground of rejection.
