Current as of: 21/08/14 Product Description MetecnoSpanTH® offers a new standard in PIR roofing and wall cladding, combining cost savings with a high performance, non-ozone depleting PIR insulated option. MetecnoSpanTH® roof skin is made from COLORBOND® or Zincalume™ steel, a fireretardant PIR core and a bright silver or white foil underside, making this both a clean and serviceable roofing product. MetecnoSpanTH® cuts the costs by outperforming traditional roofing with a wider cover, faster installation time and higher thermal efficiency and acoustic properties. Assumed wind co-efficients for determining C fig: Cpe = -0.9, Cpi = +0.2, Kl = 1.5. 3. D eflection limit of span/150 applies, and in accordance with Serviceability Limit State criteria per AS1170.0 – TABLE C1. 4. S elf weight of the panel has been allowed for, plus an allowance of up to 10kg/m2 for light duty fittings (lights, etc.). No other dead loads permitted. 5. N on-trafficable maintenance access (concentrated load) of 110kg on any one panel has been allowed for (as per min. requirements of AS/NZS 1170.1:2002). 6. D istributed live load of 0.25kPa has been allowed for (as per AS/NZS 1170.1:2001). Bondor® tests comply with details outlined in AS 4040, AS 1562 and as 1170. 7.
