DYNAMITE ATOD AND RAD BALLET EXAMINATION INFORMATION PACK ATOD AND RAD BALLET EXAMINATION INFORMATION PACK The Dynamite Studios Australia examination information pack contains all of the information that you will need to know in order to be entirely prepared for the ATOD Ballet Examinations. EXAMINATIONS VENUE ATOD The ATOD Ballet examinations will be held at the Dynamite Studios Australia campus. 31/3 Dalton Street, Upper Coomera, QLD 4209 RAD The RAD Ballet examinations will be held at a RAD approved venue. Further details will be published in the DSA newsletter as they become available. MOCK EXAMINATIONS Ballet mock examinations are compulsory for all students enrolled in ballet classes here at DSA. Mock examinations will be held during class time. Any student who is absent during the mock examinations will need to arrange an alternate lesson at an extra cost or will not be able to sit their examinations. EXAMINATION WORKSHOPS Ballet examination workshops are held out of class time in the lead up to the examination date. These workshops are designed to assist students in preparing for their upcoming examination. Workshops are compulsory for all students enrolled to sit their exams and are not included in your annual fees. Workshops like the examination payments are to be made via the DSA website. Workshop dates and times will be published in the DSA newsletter and can also be found on the DSA yearly calendar. EXAMINATION RESULTS ATOD ATOD results are sent to the DSA by the ATOD once everything has been signed off and approved by the head office this can take some time, DSA will notify all Parents and Guardians once the results are ready for collection. EXAMINATION LEVEL REQUIREMENTS ATOD EXAMINATION DAY TEST ONE BALLET On the day of examinations all students will be required to arrive 30 minutes prior to their examination commencement time. Students are expected to be entirely prepared for their examination upon arrival. • • • • • Examination times will be published in the DSA newsletter in the weeks leading up to the examination and can also be found on the DSA yearly calendar, once confirmed. EXAMINATION PAYMENT Examinations will need to be paid for via the DSA website. Payments must be processed no later then one month prior to the examination date. Failure to do this will result in your child and/or children not being able to sit their examinations.
