To receive the balance sheet and accounts of the Guild and the Honorary Treasurer’s report on the Guild finances. Membership Secretary’s Report. Election of Executive Committee for following year. Decide on any Motions put to the meeting. Open discussion on Guild affairs. Motions to AGM 2014 Two motions will be put to the AGM by the Executive Committee 1. To ask the AGM for permission to raise the membership fee by €3 or £3 for the year 2015. This will only be used if the Executive Committee deems it necessary to raise the fee. 2. Introduce a category of membership to be known as “Associate”. This will allow organisations, such as schools or clubs to join the IWG. They will receive a Journal and will not have a vote at the AGM. The fee will be the same as an individual membership. No further motions have been received at the time of going to print.
