Please note the following requirements:
1.
Clause 16 (7) of the Constitution states “The Constitution may only be
amended by “Special Resolution”. Changes to the Constitution will only be
accepted if they are given to the Secretary as a notice of motion in writing,
30 days prior to the AGM. Only financial members may move notices of
motion. (Please note that a resolution is a “Special Resolution” if it is passed
by not less than one half (51%) of the members entitled under the rules of
the Federation to vote).”

Notices of Motion must be received by the Secretary in writing by 3rd
February 2015
Clause 19.1 of the Constitution states “two delegates from each financial
member club, affiliated member Association and Life Members present may vote
and be heard at an AGM.”
4. The following Committee positions are up for election:
a) Vice President – 2 year term – sitting member Lance Ryan
b) Secretary – 2 year term – sitting member Michelle Francis
c). Committee persons x 2 – 2 year term – sitting members Brian Harler,
Winston Richards
d). Tournament Director – 2 year term – sitting member John Phillips
e). Registrar – 2 year term – sitting member Tom Manolas
f). Media Liaison – 2 year term – sitting member Marchi Hami
g). League Sub committee
Superleague Co-ordinator, Premier Division Co-ordinator, North Divisional
Co-ordinator and South Divisional Co-ordinator
Positions currently held by Marchi Hami, Chris Griffin, Tom Manolas &
Winston Richards
Non voting positions appointed by committee
1). Junior Development Officer – current – Stuart Kingsbury
2). Coaching Director – current – vacant
3). Umpiring Director – current – Lance Ryan
Nominations for committee positions are required to be in written form and with
the Secretary 7 days before the AGM and signed by the nominator and nominee as
accepting the nomination.
