approved the same, subject to standard terms and conditions ofthe sEZ Rules.

shri Puneet Mittal, Director of the applicant company appeared before the
Committee, and explained their request for broad-banding of LOA to inoiude additional items
to LOA for trading. The Committee during deliberation notcd that the applicant as yet not
started the manufacturing operation in the SEZ, for which approvat was granted, and asked
them to fumish the details of investment made in SEZ atongwith specific mile-stones in order
to coumence commercial production in the SEZ of the approved items. Thus, the Committee
decided to defer the case.

Committee, and explained their request for broad-banding of LOA to include additional item
to LOA, viz. 'l) Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger; 2) Feed water Heaters; and 3) Water cooled
Condenser'. The Committee after due deliberation approved the same, subject to standard
terms and conditions of the SEZ Rules.

Shri Amit Shukla, Businesd Development Executive of the applicant company
appeared before the Committee, and explained their request for change of name/entepreneur
from lv{/s. Neo Corp Intemational Ltd., to the new name and style of lvI/s. Neo DS Avanced
Nonwovens Ltd., in order to synchronize with the requirements of their foreign principle/
buyer. The applicant company has requisite approval frorn the ROC, Mumbai. The
Committee after due deliberation approved the same, subject to standard terms and oonditions
of the SEZ Rules, like execution of fresh Bond-cum'LUT in the new name.
