SBT JUUL AFRICA GROUP — DOING GOOD IN AFRICA— BANKABLE PROJECTS
INNER CITY LIVING IN DEMAND
On the fringe of the CBD, it
accesses all areas; restaurants, recreation, shopping,
and cultural opportunities all are within easy reach.
REDFINED FOCUS IN 2014
2014 has introduced a wave
of creative thought that aims
at redirecting the Group’s
strengths for long term growth.
According to CEO, Trevor Juul, he
believes that the next two years
will be a “grace period” whereby
the market will let companies
figure out how to transform their
business and individuals their lives
to match new trends.
After that, only savvy entrepreneurs will do extremely well. It’s
clear that from 2015 onwards
companies will need to get their
house in order as the new, enhanced, digital economy really
starts to take flight.
What this means across all industries is that 2014 is the only year
to really shift the way one makes
money or the way we live our lives.
Getting it right now and the next 10
years will feel like we are on top of
the world, getting it wrong and the
next decade will feel like we’ve
been robbed.
It's this strong location that
drives the high and unprecedented demand for Sandton
inner-city living, hence the
successful launch of the R60
million, Nerina Lifestyle Apartments in late 2012.
