You’ll be given the chance to seek out placements that play to your strengths and get a taste of international flair while working out of our main locations in Essen, Swindon or London. By rotating through different departments, you will have challenging tasks and get to know various parts of our value chain – including the proprietary trading of energy commodities (power, coal, gas, oil), logistics, commercial asset optimisation, industrial sales and risk management. You want to be challenged, but also supported? Besides training on the job, we will support your personal development with various soft skills, expert training sessions and networking events.
