Appointment Account Inspectors, Substitute Account Inspectors, and Credit Rating Agencies SQM S.A.’s Board of Directors and Directors Committee have unanimously resolved to recommend to the Ordinary Annual Shareholders Meeting that it appoint Mr. Angel Gomez M. and Ms. Genoveva del Pilar Cofre G. as Head Inspectors of Accounts for the business year ending on December 31, 2015, and to appoint Mr. Ricardo Marín V. and Mr. Oscar Alejandro Canales Tapia as Substitute Inspectors of Accounts for the business year ending on December 31, 2015.
