$10,000 Matching Grant to OLOV Church
We have good news! With the help of our
Bishop, Gregory Mansour, we are fortunate to
have received a matching grant from the Catholic
Extension Society of $10,000. The conditions of
the grant are that our church members must raise
$20,000 by the 1st of April. While few of our
parishioners have already contributed a little over
$2,000, we still need to raise around $18,000.
I thank you for all your kindness, generosity and
support. May the Lord continue to bless our
church and each one of you with His abundant
Graces.
Father Rodolph Wakim
Update on New Church Building Project
The architectural design is complete and the selection
of a contractor is in its final stages based on the 3 bids
received. We have raised over $400,000 but much
more is needed to complete this vital project. The
committee is now working diligently on fundraising
and seeking a bank loan. Please join this effort by
becoming a committee member or giving of your time,
talent and financial support to build our church and
community. As the saying goes, “It Takes a Village”.

Scripture Verse of the Week
"When the Son of Man comes in his glory,
and all the angels with him, he will sit upon
his glorious throne, and all the nations will be
assembled before him. And he will separate
them one from another, as a shepherd
separates the sheep from the goats.”
Mt 25: 31 - 46
