TERMS AND CONDITION: 1 The sealed quotation should be addressed to the Director Central Sericultural Research & Training Institute, Central Silk Board, Pampore having postal address, Village- Galander, Post office, Pampore, PIN192121.The sealed quotations should reach on the above mentioned address on or before 23.02.2015 by 11:30 AM and the same will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM by constituting a committee. Any tenderer who likes to present at the time of opening, can do so and come on the schedule date and time. The late and delayed quotation/tender will not be accepted in any case. 2 The envelope containing the quotation for purchase of the above items should duly super scribed on the upper side of the envelop (Quotation for Computer Lab). 3 The rate should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening of quotations. 4 The rates should be quoted for the supply of the items FOR destination, i.e. CSR&TI Pampore, - Kashmir. The Payment will be released after completion of the supply of the ordered items. No part or advance payment will be made in any case. 5 The ordered materials should be supplied within 15 days of receipt of order failing which 2 % penalty per month will be imposed on the delayed supplied. 6 The Director CSR & TI Pampore reserves the right to accept or reject, increase/decrease all the quotations or any quotation without assigning any reasons. 7. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) amount not less than 2% of the quoted price to be remitted along with the quotations in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Director, CSR&TI, PAMPORE PAYABLE ON ANY Nationalized Bank at Srinagar (Kashmir). Quotation not accompanied with E.M.D. shall summarily be rejected. The E.M.D. will not bear any interest. 8. If supply is under DGS&D rate contract agreement copy may be enclosed with the quotation. 9. “The Director, Central Sericultural Research & Training Institute, Central Silk Board, Pampore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. However, the bidder is at liberty to seek clarification in respect of bidding conditions, bidding process and/ or reasons for rejection of the bid”.
