PROP CAN
DESCRIPTION
The proportional valve controller with CAN-bus serves to regulate the flow rates of a proportional valve. It can be used for many
hydraulic applications. CAN high- or low-speed (alternatively RS485) Bus can be used to communicate with further systems and
offer an easy integration in existing systems.
FUNCTION
The micro controller's current control is direct proportional to the set-point 0 - 10 Volt or 0 - 20 mA. Contolling and read/write of
all values by CAN Bus possible. Fluctuations in supply voltage and temperature are compensated. Thereby a constant flow rate
is ensured. In order to avoid a determining of the valve, a Dither frequency (overlaid rectangle with smaller frequency) can be
adjusted. For different housing please see in the chapter housing and baseplates.

Proportional amplifier
DESCRIPTION
The proportional valve controller serves to regulate the flow rates of a proportional valve. It can be used for many hydraulic
applications.
FUNCTION
The micro controller's current control is direct proportional to the set-point 0 - 10 Volt or 0 - 20 mA. Thus fluctuations in supply
voltage and temperature are compensated. Thereby a constant flow rate is ensured. In order to avoid a determining of the
valve, a Ditherfrequenz (overlaid rectangle with smaller frequency) can be adjusted. For different housing please see in the
chapter housing and baseplates.

Time relay switch-on and off delay
DESCRIPTION
Time relay switch-on and off delay M3 can be used to switch on and off a consumer time delayed . Please specify the required
switch-on and -off delay time in your order.
FUNCTION
All diagrams: To terminal 30/87z supply voltage is applied. As soon a signal voltage is applied to terminal 15 the relay switches
on after the given delay time has elapsed. Is the signal voltage removed from terminal 15 the relay switches off after the defined
delay time. Diagram S2: The contacts are seperated from the trigger, therefore they can be used in combinations. Regarding
version S2 the relay contact is completely potential-free thus it is able to switch alternating voltage. For different housing please

Diagram S1: Using toggle relay compact a load can be switched on and off via push button. If a positive / negative impulse is
applied at terminal 15, the relay switches its state (on or off). The on-time is limited. Diagram S2: The contacts are seperated
from the trigger, therefore they can be used in combinations. Regarding version S2 the relay contact is completely potential-free
thus it is able to switch alternating voltage. For different housing please see in the chapter housing and baseplates.

Universal flasher LED
DESCRIPTION
The universal flasher LED is suitable for LED lights and for lights with lamps. This flasher is suitable for left and right flashing
with warning flashing function and frequency doubling at lamp/LED loss. Clamp C is the turn signal lamp control output. If a light
in the turn signal mode fails, the flashing frequency doubles itself at clamp C (C2 function).
FUNCTION
To the turn signal input left or right if operating voltage is applied, the flasher starts directly. Is at the input warning flashing or at
both turn signal inputs operating voltage applied, the function warning flashing is activated . Over (after customer's request)
current thresholds adjustable losses of the attached lamps and/or LED lights are recognized at each of the 4 output channels.
The flash frequency immediately doubles (C2 function). During the function warning flashing the flash frequency is not doubled.

Solid state relay
DESCRIPTION
Solid state relays can be used to switch lamps, ohmic and inductive loads. They switch noiseless and are absolutely wear-free.
FUNCTION
Concerning size and pin arrangement, they are compatible with normal ISO Mini relays. Sodid state relays are short-circuit,
overload and temperature protected. In case of short-circuit they switch off quicker than a fuse and they have a low quiescent
current. For different housing please see in the chapter housing and baseplates.
