KIDS YOGA CLASSES AT CRAFERS
Due to the children’s wonderful enthusiasm and interest this term, I will continue classes in Term 2
from the first week back on Monday 28 April. Classes will be held from 4-4.45 pm in the Ruth Baird
Hall.
We will do a 10 week block from 28th April, until 30th June in the final week of term.
Please contact me via text, phone or email to confirm and ensure your child/children’s place in the
class as soon as possible.
Benefits of Yoga
Children learn simple and effective ways in which they can:
*Develop core strength, stamina and endurance
*Ease negative thinking and increase confidence
*Reduce stress and tension, encouraging better moods, improved sleep
*Learn correct breathing techniques, settling their thoughts and feelings
*Empower their ability to resolve conflicts more successfully, supporting improved relationships
*Ease headaches, back pain and other physical discomfort
If you have further questions, or know of anyone else who may be interested in children’s yoga at
Crafers, please don't hesitate to contact me on 0427 360 431 or [email protected]
Thank you,
Kerryn Kuchel.
Success for ashlea & ben
Ashlea Naglis and Ben Thomas competed at
the recent State Country and Outer Metro
Swimming Carnival and brought home
several medals. Representing the Hills’
District team, Ashlea won a silver medal in
the girls 50 m freestyle relay, and Ben won
silver for under 10, 50 m butterfly, and gold
in the 50 m freestyle relay. A great result for
them and the school!
