Pilates Before Pickup*
Join a qualified personal trainer in this fun, gentle introductory training program to motivate you to get off the
couch and run 3km. All ages welcome. Anyone can run

HOW TO ENROL
Centre Membership is required to enrol in any course longer than 2 classes. 2014 membership fees are
$10 (Adults) and $5 (Children under 18 yrs) and are valid until December 31st 2014. Enrolments may be
made in person, or by telephone during office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 2.30pm, or by mail. An annual membership fee of $10 (adults) or $5 (children) is applicable for any course longer than two weeks
