Nick will be your contact with the overall client relationship
as well as managing the legal and administrative compliance of
your company.
Nick is a licensed California lawyer (inactive) who has worked in
Luxembourg for over four years. Prior to joining YLP he worked
in a civil litigation firm in California and then a large listed
corporate service provider in Luxembourg.
Benoit will manage the accounting and reporting aspects of your
Luxembourg company. He will ensure that all accounting will be
prepared to your specifications while adhering to any applicable
Luxembourg requirements.
Benoit holds a degree in accounting and has more than 15
years of experience in Luxembourg where he worked for Big4,
a major real estate investment company and a large listed corporate
service provider. He has a focus on corporate and institutional clients.
Olivier will manage the accounting and reporting aspects of your
Luxembourg company. He will ensure that accounts will be
prepared to your specifications while adhering to any applicable
Luxembourg requirements.
Olivier is a Luxembourg chartered accountant and has more
than 15 years of experience in Luxembourg where he worked
for Big4 and a large listed corporate service provider. He has a
focus on HNWIs.
