Meet our Director Client Services team Paul Galliver – Director Client Services Paul has held the position of Director Client Services since 2013, where he currently oversees a portfolio of private equity and large multinational clients. Paul has over 13 years’ experience in the financial services industry, starting his career as an auditor with Deloitte for 6 years and then joining TMF Group. Whilst at TMF Group, Paul has supervised a team of accountants managing a portfolio of private equity clients and international corporations prior to being appointed as a Director Client Services. [email protected] Jean-Jacques Josset – Director Client Services At TMF Group in Luxembourg, prior to being appointed Director Client Services responsible for Real Estate services in 2013, Jean-Jacques supervised a team of legal professionals managing a portfolio of private equity, international corporations and real estate clients. Jean-Jacques has been working in the financial services industry for 14 years. Jean-Jacques has provided corporate, secretarial and banking services for small and middle capitalization companies while working for an Italian bank in Luxembourg for 7 years. [email protected] Fabrice Rota - Director Client Services Fabrice has held the position of Director Client Services since 2013, where he currently oversees the portfolios of private equity clients and Structured Finance Services. Fabrice has over 13 years’ experience in the financial services industry, starting his career by providing banking, corporate and secretarial services for small and middle capitalization companies while working for an Italian bank based in Luxembourg. At TMF Group, Fabrice supervised a team of legal professionals managing a portfolio of private equity clients and international corporations prior to being appointed the position of Director Client Services. Meet our Director Client Services team Fabrice Mas - Director Client Services Fabrice was appointed Director Client Services, with the focus of Real Estate and Private Equity in early 2013. Fabrice joined TMF Luxembourg S.A. in May 2008 as IFRS Project Manager. Within TMF Group, his role was to coordinate and implement the transition from local Gaap to IFRS for our clients’ stand alone and/or consolidated accounts. He was subsequently appointed Team Leader in the Real Estate Client Administration department where, in addition to his previous role, he also supervised a portfolio of Real Estate clients. Fabrice has extensive experience in the audit world. He was last Audit Manager with KPMG Luxembourg where he was responsible of leading the audit engagements of international real estate groups (IFRS, US GAAP and Luxembourg GAAP consolidation) and investment funds (SICAV, FCP, SIF and SICAR). [email protected] Gérald Welvaert - Director Client Services Gérald was appointed Director Client Services, with the focus of Real Estate and Financing Holding in early 2013. In this capacity, he is able to serve on the Board of several companies, which are mainly engaged in the Real Estate area. Gérald joined TMF Luxembourg S.A. in August 2006 as Team Leader Client Administration in the Real Estate services team. Within the TMF Group, he managed teams of qualified accountants and administrators, which are dealing with the accounting, administration and management of mainly complex international Real Estate structures. Prior to joining TMF Group, Gérald has been actively involved in real estate projects since early 2004. He started his career in Luxembourg as a Consultant with a Corporate and Trust Services Company. Later he moved to a Private Equity - Real Estate Fund as a Manager Deal Accountant. In this role he gained varied experience in Real Estate, ranging from dealing with property managers to reporting to Headquarters in the US, Europe and the Middle East. Gérald holds a master’s degree in Commercial and Financial sciences from ICHEC in Brussels and in Fiscal management from Solvay Brussels School - ULB. He speaks French and English.
