Dipula Income Fund standard commission structure for agents / brokers:
To whom it may concern:
Dipula Income Fund and its subsidiaries Mergence Africa Property Investment Trust and Dipula
Property Investment Trust shall award commission to the broker / agent who is the effective
cause of a successful leasing transaction on the following terms:
Please note that commission will only be paid upon the following taking place:

Lease signed by all parties
Tenant in occupation of premises
Deposit paid
First months rental paid
All tenants outstanding documents supplied to the Landlord.
Commission Structure:

5% of the Gross Rental excl VAT on the 1st two years on the lease.
2.5% of the Gross Rental excl VAT on years 3, 4 & 5 of the lease
1% of the Gross Rental excl VAT for the balance of the period
Any Lease for 12 months or less will qualify for a commission of 5% of the Gross Rental excl
Vat only.
Special commission incentives and arrangements will be considered by the Landlord at their
discretion.
