und die absolute Qualität des Fleisches. Die Würste werden zwei Stunden geräuchert und
anschließend 45 Minuten in Wasserdampf gar gebrüht. Das Ergebnis ist eine knackige Wurst mit
zartrosa bis hellbrauner Farbe und einem besonderen Raucharoma.
The secret of the original VW Curry Sausage from Wolfsburg is the perfect blend of spices and
meat of the best quality. The sausages are smoked for two hours before being steamed for 45
minutes. The result is a firm sausage with a delicate pink to light brown colour and a unique,
smoky flavour.
