How to conduct your „Studentische E‐Mailadresse“ to your private account Step 1: Go to https://studmail.uni‐stuttgart.de/IClient/login.aspx Step 2: Type in your “Benutzername” (which must be something like e.g. [email protected]‐stuttgart.de) and your password and click on “Anmelden”. Step 3: On the left hand side, click on “Einstellungen”. Step 4: Type in the E‐Mail address you’re checking most often at “Weiterleiten an”. The fields “Vollständiger Name” and “Antwort an” should already be filled out. No you probably never need to have a look in this “Postfach” again. How to change your password: If you want to change your accounts password you have to login at one of the PC that are officially in the University’s network. These are e.g. the ones in the “Universitäts Bibliothek”. Just go there, log in and press STRG+ALT+ENTF (as on your PC at home, if you’re using windows). Then you can click on “Passwort ändern” and everything will be fine. This changes the password for your whole account, also the data with which you log in into the Uni W‐ LAN. Therefore you’ll have to type in your password again at the particular devices.
