BLATT 87
Die Bundesanstalt für Straßenwesen (BASt) vergibt für
Beschichtungssysteme, die den Vorschriften der TL/
TP KOR entsprechen, Zulassungen. Das Blatt 87 regelt
die Anforderungen insbesondere für die Beschichtung
von Infrastrukturbauten, wie zum Beispiel Brücken- und
Stahlbauten.
The Federal Road Authority (Bundesanstalt für Straßenwesen – BASt) assigns an approval for coating systems,
which conform to the rules laid out in the regulation TL/TP
KOR. Blatt 87 regulates the requirements for the coating
of infrastructure constructions, like for example bridge and
steel constructions.

2 Komponenten-Zinkstaubgrundbeschichtung auf Epoxidharzbasis mit beschleunigter Polyamidaddukthärtung.
Zinksstaubgehalt in Pigment: > 94 %.
Two component zinc dust primer based on epoxy resin with
accelerated polyamide-adduct curing. Zincdust on
pigment: > 94%. REM

2 Komponenten-Grundbeschichtung auf Epoxidharz-Basis
mit Zinkphosphat. Ausgezeichnete Härte, Elastizität und
Lösungsmittelfestigkeit, daher als universelle Grundbeschichtung sehr gut geeignet.
Two component primer based on epoxy resin with zincphosphat. Perfect hardness, elasticity and resistance to
solvents; therefore highly suitable as universal primer.
REMOPLAST TL DB 87 GLIMMER
2 Komponenten-Zwischenbeschichtung auf EpoxidharzBasis. Dieses Produkt überzeugt durch guten Widerstand
gegen die Diffusion korrosiver Medien durch seinen hohen
Eisenglimmergehalt. Sehr gut geeignet für Stahlkonstruktionen mit hoher Korrosivitätsbelastung.
Two component intermediate coating based on epoxy resin.
Due to its high proportion of micaceous iron oxide content
it has a good resistance to diffusion of corrosive materials.
Therefore Remoplast TL DB 87 ist very suitable for steel
constructions with high corrosion loads.
REMOPLAST UVC DB 87 GLIMMER
2 Komponenten-Grundbeschichtung auf hydroxylgruppenhaltiger Acrylharz/aliphatischer Isocyanat-Basis (Polyurethan) mit Eisen- oder Microglimmer. Hohe Elastizität mit
sehr guter mechanischer Belastbarkeit/Abriebfestigkeit. Two component topcoat based on hydroxyl group containing acryl resins and aliphatic isocyanates with mica and/or
micaceous iron oxide.
