Our group visited Tokyo Tower, it is one of the symbol of Tokyo and looks really nice. And it also has linkage with our new product that designed with inspiration of another famous Tower – Eiffel Tower. 3. How do you evaluate the customer service and hospitality offered in Tokyo? Besides them, what kind of things in Tokyo do you think quality? The service in Japan retail industry is really nice and warm for foreign visitors. All staffs show professional knowledge and sincerity. The tax refund process is much more convenient that that in Europe. It is really appreciated. 4. What did you expect for Tokyo as your event destination? Tokyo is special for its efficiency and excellent services. 5. What were major reasons to select Tokyo as your event destination? As the biggest city in Asia even around the world, Tokyo as the destination is attractive to our attendees. Since we didn’t hold such a meeting in 4-5 years, the client expects very high for our event, we considered their satisfaction as the first priority. 2
