2014 年度第 2 回「分析手法認定試験」について
大学院政治学研究科
２０１４年度第２回「分析手法認定試験」を下記により実施いたします。博士課程への進学希望者は必ず
出願し受験してください。なお、「分析手法認定試験」についての詳細は、２０１４年度早稲田大学大学院
政治学研究科要項 P.27(分析手法認定試験)をご参照ください。所定期間に出願しなかった者の受験は認め
られませんので、ご注意ください。本試験の主な受験対象者は、２０１４年４月入学者および２０１４年９
月入学者です。

受付期間:２０１５年１月８日(木)～１月１３日(火)
受付場所:３号館１０階政治学研究科事務所（開室時間９：００～１７：００）
※受験申込書(ホームページより各自ダウンロードして使用)に必要事項を記入のうえ、大学院
政治学研究科事務所へ提出してください。
試験科目
政治学コース、国際政治経済学コース
出願時に３科目(経験・規範・数理分析)から、１科目を選択
ジャーナリズムコース
出願時に２科目(経験的方法・規範理論)から、１科目を選択
その他
※両コースとも、2 回目の受験者は、1 回目に受験した科目と同一科目を受験しなければなりません。
・受験する前に「方法論科目」の所定の単位数をすべて修得し終わっているか、受講中でなければなりま
せん。
・分析手法認定試験の結果は、成績通知書・成績証明書に「合」・「否」で記載されます。分析手法認定試
験には単位はありません。
・今回の試験の判定結果が「否」(不合格)の者で、試験結果が一定の基準を満たしている場合は、
２０１５年９月に実施予定の分析手法認定試験に今回の受験科目での再試験を行います。再試験受験対
試験日時及び試験結果発表等
象者は、試験結果発表時にお知らせいたします。

所】３号館９階９０９教室
【受験資格】出願受付期間に申し出を行った者に限ります
【受験上の注意】
・学生証、筆記用具を必ず持参し、机上に学生証を提示願います。
・試験中は学生証、筆記用具以外の物はカバン等にしまい、携帯電話等の電源スイッチは切って下さい。
・遅刻者は試験開始後２０分まで受験を認めます。
・試験開始後３０分経過するまでは試験会場からの退出を認めません。
【試験結果発表】
２０１５年２月１３日(金)１０：００～
臨時事務所（大隈ガーデンハウス１階）にて、学生証を確認の上、結果通知書を配付
※２月２４日（火）以降は政治学研究科事務所にて配付

Information: About the 2nd Analytical Method Certification Examination
Graduate School of Political Science
The 2nd Analytical Method Certification Examination will be conducted as follows. In order to continue
to the Doctoral Programs of GSPS, students must pass this examination successfully. For more
detailed information about Analytical Method Certification Examination, please refer to AY2014 Study Guide
of GSPS, page 36. Please note that you cannot take this examination if you do not apply within the
designated period. The main candidates of this examination will be April 2014 and September 2014 enrollees.
[Application Details]
Application Period: From 8th to 13th January, 2015
Place to Submit Application: Graduate School of Political Science office (Office hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
 Please submit the application sheet downloaded from the website after filling in the necessary
information.
[Examination Subject]
Political Science Course, Global Political Economy Course
You will choose one of three subjects (Empirical, Normative, Formal models).
Journalism Course
You will choose one of two subjects (Empirical Method, Normative Theory).
 If you are taking this examination for the second time, you must take the same subject as the first time.
[Other Notice]
 You must have completed or be in the process of completing methodology courses in order to take this
examination.
 The result of this examination will be written as ‘P(Passed)’ or ‘Q(Failed)’ in Certification of Grade. The
credits will not be counted toward the Analytical Method Certification Examination.
 For those who failed this examination, if the results meet certain standards, they can take the next
examination in the next September. We will announce the candidates who can take the examination
again.
[Examination Date and the Result Announcement Date]
Examination Date: 23rd January (Friday) From 10:40 a.m. to 12:10 p.m.
Examination Place: 909 classroom, 9th floor, 3rd Building
Examination Candidates: Students who apply in within the designated period
Notice of the examination:
 Bring your student ID card and writing materials, and put your student ID card on the desk.
 Please put away things other than writing materials in your bag. While taking examination, please turn off
your cellular phone.
 If you are late, you may begin the examination up to 20 minutes after the starting time.
 Leaving the examination room is not permitted until 30 minutes after the starting time.
Result Announcement: 13th February (Friday), 2015 From 10:00 a.m.
Applicants are required to visit the temporary office located on the 1st floor of Okuma Garden Hall in
Building No. 25, Waseda Campus, in order to obtain a result notification.
After February 24th (Tue) it can be obtained at the GSPS Office.
