 2005年、Hattoriによって初めて報告された
(Virchows Arch. 2005; 446:82-84)
 女性の傍脊柱部に発生する
 組織学的に卵管と共通する所見
 ER(+)、PgR(+) (Chest 2005; 128: 3388-90)
→mediastinal paravertebral müllerian cyst
縦隔嚢胞 3/19(15.8%)、縦隔非腫瘍性嚢胞(傍脊柱部嚢胞、
術前診断neurogenic lesion、初回病理診断bronchogenic cystやserous cyst、
pericardial cyst)

9/163(5.5%)と頻度は低くない
 bronchogenic cystとして診断されたもの中にも一
部含まれている可能性がある

結語
後縦隔に発生したmüllerian cystの一例を経
験した。
女性の後縦隔の嚢胞性病変ではmüllerian
cystを鑑別に挙げる必要がある。
軟骨や腺を伴わないbronchogenic cystと
müllerian cystの鑑別のためにはホルモンレセ
プターの免疫染色が有用である。
