入札は上記 (2)の件名ごとに行う。

入札金額は、各社において設定する契約
電力に対する単価（ kW単価）及び使用電力
量に対する単価（ kWh単価）を根拠とし、仕
様書で提示する契約電力及び予定使用電力

落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載さ
れた金額に当該金額の８パーセントに相当
する額を加算した金額（当該金額に１円未
満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切
