APPLICABLE TORQUE MOMENT
Check the torque moment of your door or lid by using the following formula.

HOW TO INSTALL AND ADJUSTMENT
Install the mounting plate and arm fixing plate with the enclosed screws at the designated places.

In order to avoid any gap in the installation, we
recommend that you pre-drill the holes for the mounting
plate and arm bracket.
2 pieces usage will be recommended for the door width over 900 mm.
① Insert the “key” of the cam of arm-tip into the keyhole
of the fixing plate. The main body must be placed at
90 degrees angle against the fixing angle.

Make sure that installation position and specifications are followed. Unsuitable installation position may damage the
mechanism when in case two stays are used together.
Make sure that the arm of the stay is parallel with the side panel of the cabinet.
To avoid serious damage and/or injury, do not attempt to disassemble the body of SDS stay.
Applicable working temperature is between 5-35 ℃ and the opening/closing speed may be differed in temperature
change. The door opening/closing speed may be too slow or fast out of applicable working temperature range. (5-35 ℃ )
Additional supporting stay may be needed when any objective or any enforcement is put on the door in opening position.
Pleses avoid forced opeinig beyond the opening angle, and using excessive force while opening the door.
SDS-C100-TV has catch function, which keeps the door closed. Depending on the number of stays used or door size/
weight etc., the opening enforcement will be differed.
SDS-100-TV does not have a catch function. Separated parts with catch/latch function are required to keep the door
closed.
For SDS-C100-TV, in order to maintain the catch function integrated, the recommendable door height in usage is 150-300 mm.
This product is developed as a flap stay. Do not use it for other purposes.
Dimensions and specifications can be changed with or without notice.

①　アーム先端の「カギ」をアーム取付座のカギ穴に合わせ
てはめ込みます。この時、本体はアーム取付座に対して

の方向になっています。

キャビネットおよび扉の設計、本製品の取付位置は必ず指定寸法、水平、垂直度をお守り下さい。1 枚の扉に複数個の製品を使
用する場合、取付位置に差異がありますと、いずれかの製品に荷重負担が集中し、製品の寿命や機能に影響する可能性があります。
取付時には十分にご注意ください。
本製品の側板および扉への取り付けは、垂直度を確実にお守りください。
使用範囲外の軽い扉や重い扉での使用、無理な力による開閉はおやめください。
本製品の使用温度範囲は 5 〜 35°
C です。温度変化により扉の開閉速度が変化しますが、故障ではありません。
開いた扉面に物を置いたり、扉上面で作業をする場合は、本製品以外に扉を支える支柱、または補強材が必要です。
扉を開くとき、開き角度以上に押し下げないでください。また、開くとき扉を手で持って押し下げないでください。。
SDS-100-TV は、扉閉時のキャッチ機構がありません。閉時に扉を保持する為の、キャッチ・ラッチ等が別途必要になります。
SDS-C100-TV は、キャッチ機構があり、扉が閉じている状態を保持します。ステーの数や扉サイズなどによって扉を開ける
力が違ってきますのでご注意ください。
扉高さ 150 〜 300mm での使用を推奨いたします。
ステーとして製造されていますので、ステー以外の用途には使用しないでください。
製品の改良等によって寸法・仕様が変わることがあります。詳細は現品にてご確認ください。

ステーを取付後に、扉のかぶせ・すき間・左右調節をすると、
上図のようにアームが曲がってしまいます。扉の調節後に取
付寸法・取付方法に従って、正確に取り付けてください。
