②「流入」は居住者から非居住者への証券の移転を、「流出」は非居住者から居住者への証券の移転を示す。
③平成17年1月より、証券貸借取引における資産・負債の分類基準を建値通貨から証券発行体の居住性に変更した。
(Note) ①"Assets" / "Liabilities" show lending of securities issued by non-residents / residents ,
or purchases / sales of securities under repurchase agreements.
② "Inflow (of capital)" shows deliveries of securities from residents to non-residents ,
and "Outflow (of capital) "shows those from non-residents to residents.
③From Jan. 2005, the classification in "Securities lending" was changed from currency of denomination to residence of issuer.

② 年中の国際収支（速報値及び確報値）公表の翌月に詳細設定の見直しおよび季節調整替えを実施し、
1996年１月のデータから遡及改訂を行う。

① Balance of Payments (BOP) are seasonally adjusted by Bureau of Census X-12-ARIMA method.
② In the following month of the release of annual BOP (preliminary and revised) data, data are
seasonally adjusted and historical revisions are made from January 1996.

関する報告をする「銀行等」(外国銀行在日店を含む。)から提出を受けた「資産負債状況報告書」に記載された
計数を集計したものである。
(注2)　「対前月増減」欄の(－)は、「資産」・「負債」項目ではそれぞれ減少、「純資産」項目では資産超過額の減少もしく
は負債超過額の増加を示す。
Note1: The figures are the compilation of the “Report on Assets and Liabilities Positions” submitted by
banks, etc. (including foreign banks’ branches in Japan) which report the figures relating to their foreign exchange
business under the provisions of article 14 and article 23 of the Ministerial Ordinance concerning Reports on
Foreign Exchange Transactions, etc.
Note2: Negative sign in “changes from previous month” shows a decrease in “Assets” and “Liabilities” items and either a
decrease in net assets or an increase in net liabilities in “Net Assets” item.
