AUDITIONS FOR SOLO SINGERS 2014
The Associazione Culturale Euritmus of Rovereto (TN) is a non-profit association which aims
at realizing and promoting cultural and mostly musical events.
The Associazione Euritmus is planning to stage next year the opera “Il Barbiere di Siviglia”
by G. Rossini and therefore announces auditions to choose eligible candidates for eventual
collaborations for the following roles:
Conte d’Almaviva
Rosina
Figaro
Don Bartolo
Don Basilio
Berta
Registration deadline:
27th of November 2014, h. 24.00
Dates of auditions:
5th of December 2014
6th of December 2014
Place of auditions:
Riva del Garda (TN), ITALY
Place and dates could suffer variations: timetable and details concerning the auditions will
be sent by email to the participants.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Registration
Application form must be completed in full and sent by email to [email protected].
The object of the email must be “auditions 2014”. Candidates must attach the following
documents:
• application form (Attachment A)
• detailed professional résumé describing studies and artistic activities
• receipt for payment of enrolment fee
• copy of valid identity document
2. Enrolment fee
The enrolment fee is 35,00 Euros and must be payed to current account of “Associazione
Culturale Euritmus”:

3. Auditions and repertoire
The participants will be requested to sing one or more arias for every role they are running
for; the pieces will be chosen by the panel during the audition from the list below. It is also
requested to all participants the entire knowledge of the chosen role/roles.

4. Jury
The Panel of Judges will be comprised of exponents of the musical sphere and of the entities
involved in the project. All decisions of the Panel are final and incontestable and they are
aimed at establishing the qualifications of the participants. The qualified candidates will be
taken into account by the organising associations in order to select the casts of the whole
project.

5. Scores and piano accompaniment
The organization can provide a pianist to accompany the participants. All candidates who
need his presence at their own audition must require it in the application form.
In any case all participants must take to the audition their own scores as well as the piano
scores.
