51 OPERA SEASON 2015 – TICKET BOOKING AND PURCHASE
SPECIAL FEES FOR GROUPS
To promote attendance to its 51th Opera Season (programme is attached), the Associazione Arena Sferisterio
offers the following special fees to organized groups:
1. Groups of 25 or more attending one performance are entitled to a 10% discount on the tickets fees;
2. Groups of 25 or more attending two or more performances are entitled to a 20% on the ticket fees. The
same applies to groups of 50 or more attending one performance.
Moreover, for each bus (at least 25 people) hired by a group, the Associazione Arena Sferisterio provides a €
150 refund (VAT included), upon submission of an invoice issued for: Associazione Arena Sferisterio –
Teatro di Tradizione, via Santa Maria della Porta, 65 62100 Macerata P.I. 01148200437. The invoice can be
issued by the bus company or the group itself and shall include bank details (IBAN and Swift code) for the
refund transfer.
BOOKINGS
Before proceeding with the bookings, the group representative shall print, stamp, sign this agreement and
forward it via fax to the Associazione Arena Sferisterio ( +39 0733 261499). Each group leader will be in
charge of collecting bookings from its members and shall then forward them all to the Box Office by
fax (+39 0733 261570) or by email ([email protected]). Bookings shall be sent by 14 June 2015 at the latest.
Telephone bookings are not accepted.
Seats will be assigned upon reception of bookings (chronological order).
PAYMENT
Booked tickets can be paid by: 1) bank transfer to “Associazione Arena Sferisterio”, (IBAN: IT74V060551340100000016050 / BIC:
BAMAIT3AXXX); 2) cashier’s check issued for Associazione Arena Sferisterio; 3) cash card. Cash is accepted below € 1,000. No personal check is accepted.
Payment shall be received within 15 days from booking confirmation by the Box Office and by no
means after 30 June 2015. Failure to send payment within the required deadlines results in immediate
booking cancellation.
TICKET COLLECTION
Tickets shall be collected at the Box Office no later than 30 June 2015.
Upon request, they can be sent to the group representative by registered mail. The 7,00 euro shipping fee
shall be paid the group, added to the overall payment for the tickets purchase.
NB: The type of special rate applied will be marked on the tickets. Ticket holders can be asked to provide an
I.D. when completing the purchase or at the theatre entrance.
In compliance with the law, no vouchers or similar will be accepted.
