Hans Christian Andersen’s heartwarming story of a toy soldier’s struggle to win the heart of his ballerina true love! The Auer Black Box Theatre becomes a Christmas toy box complete with Holiday carolers! AUDITIONS: November 11 & 12: 4-6PM Original Adaptation by Harvey Cocks The Kid From Kokomo: The Ryan White Story An original Youtheatre Premiere by local playwright Gregory Stieber PERFORMANCES: December 19 7PM (Preshow Party 6PM at Artlink) December 20: 11AM & 2PM December 21: 2PM In 1985 Hoosier middle schooler and AIDS patient, Ryan White was denied an education in Kokomo. What transpired was a heroic story of overcoming obstacles and what counts for true character.
