RICERCA E SVILUPPO: IN CONTINUA EVOLUZIONE
Il Gruppo PEZZUTTI conta su un organico di oltre 150 collaboratori distribuiti in 3 siti produttivi per un’area complessiva
di oltre 25.000 mq coperti.
L’ampio parco di macchinari ed impianti ad elevata automazione è costituito da 110 presse ad iniezione con tonnellaggi
variabili tra le 35 e 1.100 tonnellate, operanti a ciclo continuo 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni alla settimana, nonché di una
attrezzeria per la costruzione e la manutenzione degli stampi.

The PEZZUTTI Group counts on a staff of over 150 employees distributed over its 3 production sites for a total covered
area of over 25,000 sq. m.
The large fleet of highly automatic machinery and equipment consists of 110 injection presses with tonnage varying
between 35 and 1,100 tons, operating 24/7 and a tooling shop for mould production and maintenance.
Knowledge of techno-polymers, experience in all fields, cutting-edge technologies and co-design are the ingredients
placed at the disposal of customers for rapid development of new products supported by the assistance of a team of
professionals and the aid of the most modern instruments and systems.
With its consolidated structure and new resources, the PEZZUTTI Group looks ahead and aims at new growth
objectives, expanding in existing areas and moving towards new customers and market segments.

Die Gruppe PEZZUTTI hat heute über 150 Mitarbeiter in drei Produktionsstandorten mit einer überdachten
Gesamtfläche von 25.000 m². Der große Maschinenpark und die hoch automatisierten Anlagen umfassen 110
Spritzgießmaschinen verschiedener Tonnage von 35 bis 1.100 t mit Dauerzyklus 24 Stunden am Tag an 7 Tagen der
Woche, sowie einem eigenen Werkzeugbau zur Herstellung und Wartung von Werkzeugen.
Das Entwicklungskonzept und die Konstruktion neuer Produkte mit 3D-Software ermöglicht die Anwendung vom
Rapid Prototyping-Verfahren und die Herstellung von Silikonwerkzeugen zur Produktion von Nullserien.
Forschung und Entwicklung bleiben, trotz der hohen Anzahl bisher entwickelter Lösungen nach Maß für alle
Sonderwünsche der Kunden, weiterhin die wesentlichen Erfolgsfaktoren einer verbesserten Unternehmensleistung.
Zukunftsorientiert setzt sich die Gruppe PEZZUTTI, dank Ausbau ihrer bewährten Organisation, neue Wachstumsziele
