From 15 September 2014 to 31 July 2015 you submit
your enrollment application to Ufficio coordinamento
carriere studenti - Sportello studente straniero - Piazza S.
Marco 4 - FIRENZE along with all the following
documents:
- by 19 December 2014 for
courses beginning in the
second semester
-Pre-enrollment application and photo notarization, as
issued by the Italian diplomatic authorities in your
Country
and prepare all the
required documents . For
more information on preenrollment please contact
the above mentioned
Italian diplomatic
authorities.
-Certificate of matriculation issued by your University,
translated in Italian and legalized by the IIalian
embassy/consulate in the Country where the certificate
was issued, or your degree certificate translated in
Italian and legalized by the Italian embassy/consulate in
the Country where you obtained it along with the so
called “Dichiarazione di valore in loco”, issued by the
same Italian diplomatic mission
-Passport with a "study" type entry visa
-Residence permit or receipts of the residence permit
application. We remind you that within 8 days from your
arrival you have to apply for the residence permit at
post offices.
-Receipt of the tuition fees payment. Tuition fees are
composed of a one-off registration fee of 199,00 Euros
plus a variable fee of 11,00 Euros per each credit. Upon
your arrival we will give you more details on payment
methods.
-Two passport size photos
Before enrollment you have to pass an Italian language
test (when applying we will give you more information
on the test)
Please be informed that unless you have to take exams
in order to fulfill the requirements for entering a
master's degree program, you are not allowed to take
exams in programs with numerus clausus/setted quota.
