She has been working in a Pharmaceutical Industry since 1986 and since 1990 joined the Rottapharm Group an Italian Multinational Pharmaceutical Company. Since 2001 She has been Head of the Scientific Information and Library Services Dept. in the R&D Division. Francesca has been a member of GIDIF-‐RBM (Italian Group of Biomedical Librarian and Information Specialist in Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Research) and nowadays she is a member of the board and the treasure. Francesca is a member of AIB (Associazione Italiana Biblioteche). She is actually a coopted EAHIL Board member. Aims for EAHIL: If elected to EAHIL Board, she would promote the association’s goals to motivate, develop information and professional skills in biomedical librarianship by using modern new tools, and create a professional network to participate in European projects and teams.
