Dear all, Mede namens ICC Nederland stuur ik jullie hierbij de position papers van de drie internationale ondernemersorganisaties IOE, ICC en BIAC over het initiatief van Ecuador om tot een nieuw bindend verdrag te komen over mensenrechten en bedrijfsleven. Alle drie de organisaties wijzen dit initiatief af en pleiten ervoor de energie te richten op de verdere implementatie van de VN Guiding Principles. Graag wil ik jullie vragen deze posities, de geheel onderschreven worden door VNO‐NCW en ICC Nederland, mede te nemen bij de verdere Nederlandse standpuntbepaling op dit dossier.
