The licence is intended for an individual user or a registered SIP / H323 device. The download of the Belgacom Personal Video
software / user is restricted to maximum 3 devices (PC, tablet & or smartphone).
Integration of a SIP / H323 video device requites a complete accessable public fixed IP-address (no NAT / firewalling
If the integration with an existing secured netwerk is necessary, than a personalised solution is required, which results in a
seperate offering.
As participant of a conference counts: a registered user, a registered SIP / H323 device, a via email invited user and anonregisterd SIP / H323 device (if the licence permits)
The number of email invites (non registered users) is subjected by a fair use policy
Per license, it is only possible / allowed to use one meeting room (My Room)

4. Signature
Akkoord van de klant
By signing this order form, the customer accepts the delivery of the Products and/or Services in accordance with the Agreement, the
corresponding General Terms and Conditions and the applicable Contractual Service Descriptions (cf. www.belgacom.be), as
described in chapters 2/3/4.
Notwithstanding the General Terms and conditions, the contract is signed for an indefinite term with a monthly billing cycle and the
Customer may terminate this Contract at any time in writing. The termination shall be effective on the last day of the billing cycle,
provided that the request for termination was made before the 20th of the month underway. If the Customer makes the request for
termination after that date, the termination shall be effective on the last day of the following billing cycle. During any period of
suspension, the Customer shall continue to pay all the amounts due under this Agreement in respect of the suspended Services.
If, during the term concerned, the customer upgrades to a Belgacom service with higher fees for an equal or greater number of
licenses than specified under this contract, and for a full term, no termination penalty will be charged to the customer. The customer
must pay the bills within 20 calendar days of the billing date (due date), by direct debit.
