However, there are a number of conditions attached: 1. You purchase the goods, including the VAT, at our store. It is important that your name and address outside of the EU are put on the invoice. Make sure to ask for this. 2. The name on the invoice has to correspond to the name on the passport 3. The total value of the purchase must have an amount of at least € 160 4. Export within 3 months of purchase 5. When leaving Europe, you have to make sure to get the original invoice stamped with an export stamp from the relevant customs office in the EU, for example customs at Schiphol Airport 6. Send the original stamped invoice, a copy of your passport (that shows that you normally reside outside of the EU), along with your bank account / giro data per post to Kamera Express BV, attn. Administration, Rietbaan 5, 2908LP, Capelle aan den Ijssel, Nederland. Once we have received the documents by post, we will transfer the VAT, minus € 25 administration fee, to your bank account. If any of the above mentioned conditions are not met, no VAT will be refunded. The conditions mentioned above are conditions set by the Tax Authorities.
