INTERPOM | PRIMEURS is the leading indoor trade
fair for the potato, fruit and vegetable sector in
Europe where the whole chain is represented: from
growing to processing and marketing.
INTERPOM | PRIMEURS plays an important role as a
meeting place, a source of inspiration as businesses
present innovative technologies for the potato, vegetable
and fruit sector, and a platform for the exchange of
information. Every two years, our event’s full range of
exhibits, sharply focused specialization and emphasis on
quality, plus the professional and yet friendly atmosphere,
succeed in drawing more and more visitors to Kortrijk
(Belgium), from Europe and increasingly from other
continents as well. This 17th edition will be focusing
on sustainability, under the slogan of ‘Together for
sustainable growth’, presents 260 exhibitors from 15
countries and expects 18.000 visitors from 36 countries.
INTERPOM | PRIMEURS is a must-do event for everyone
who wants to keep up with developments in the sector
and discover the latest innovations.

The competition Inno Potato Award rewards the introduction
of innovations in agricultural businesses. For their colleagues
in the sector, three Flemish and three Walloon potato growers
present the innovations they have developed and applied in
their own enterprises. During INTERPOM | PRIMEURS, the
finalists’ projects will be presented through interviews and
company reports. The professional jury has already awarded
50% of the total number of marks to be given, and
visitors of the fair will decide the remaining 50%.
Prizes will be presented in Hall 6 at Kortrijk Xpo at
12pm on Tuesday 25 November.

Die dritte Veranstaltung des Inno Potato Award würdigt im
Rahmen eines Wettbewerbs die Anwendung von Innovationen
im landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb. Sechs Kartoffelzüchter präsentieren ihren Kollegen aus diesem Sektor ihre selbst entwickelten Innovationen. Während der INTERPOM | PRIMEURS werden die Projekte im Rahmen von Interviews und Reportagen
über diese Betriebe vorgestellt. Die Fachjury hat bereits im
Frühjahr 50% der zu vergebenden Punkte auf den
Höfen vergeben, über die verbleibenden 50 % entscheiden die Besucher von INTERPOM | PRIMEURS. Die Preisverleihung findet am Dienstag den
25. November um 12.00 Uhr in Halle 6 statt.
