The cassette with the flyscreen mesh is
already pre-assembled with the pull-bar
and the connection profile. These parts
are connected by a cord. The flyscreen
door is prepared to have the cassette at
the left side, but by sliding the cassette
and connection profile out of the
distance profile and changing the
cassette and connection profile, the
flyscreen door will have the cassette at
the right side.
Die Kassette mit Insektenschutz ist
schon vormontiert mit der Zugliste und
dem Schließprofil. Diese Teile sind
verbunden mittels einer Schnur und
schon vormontiert in den
Abstandprofilen. Die Fliegentür ist
vorbereitet um die Kassette links
einzubauen, aber wann die Kassette
rechts eingebaut werden soll, können die
Kassette und das Schließprofil aus den
Abstandprofilen geschoben werden und
gewechselt werden.
De cassette met het gaas is al
voorgemonteerd met de trekbalk en het
sluitprofiel. Deze onderdelen zijn
verbonden door middel van een koord
en al voorgemonteerd in de
afstandsprofielen. De hordeur is
voorbereid om de cassette links in te
bouwen, maar u kunt de cassette ook
rechts plaatsen door de cassette en het
sluitprofiel uit de afstandsprofielen te
schuiven en deze te verwisselen.

1 Determine the width
of the flyscreen door
The standard width of
the flyscreen door is 650
mm, but by cutting the
upper guide rail, lower
guide rail and the top
distance profile, the door
can be made to fit for
smaller doors.
Measure the width of the
door opening including
the rubber profile
(thickness of rubber
profiles is now
included!), size A in
picture. The minimal
width of the flyscreen
door is then A + 25 mm.
1 Festlegen der Breite der
Fliegenschutztür
Die Standardbreite der
Fliegenschutztür ist 650 mm.
Die Breite kann gekürzt werden
durch die Oberschiene,
Unterschiene und das
Abstandprofil zu sägen.
Messen Sie die Breite der
Türöffnung einschließlich
Gummi (Maß A in Bild [1]). Die
Mindestbreite B der
Fliegenschutztür ist dann A +
25 mm.
1 Bepaal de breedte van de hordeur
De hordeur wordt standaard geleverd met een
breedte van 650 mm, maar kan passend
gemaakt worden voor een kleinere breedte door
de bovengeleider met het afstandsprofiel en de
ondergeleider op maat te zagen.
Bepaal de minimale breedte van de hordeur als
volgt:
Meet de breedte van de deuropening (maat A,
zie figuur [1]) inclusief rubber en tel hier 25 mm
bij op.
De minimale breedte B van de hordeur wordt
dan:
B = A + 25 mm

4 Applying tension
in the 2 cords in the
connection profile

Keep the pull-bar and
the cassette together
when applying the
tension!
See picture below
how to use the plastic
U-profile at the
bottom and the top to
keep the cassette
and pull-bar together.
Slide the two small
blocks in the
connection profile
until you feel little
tension and slide the
small block 1,5 to 2
cm further. Lock this
position by fixing the
hexagonal socket set
screw (M5x8). If the
tension in the cords
is too high, the door
will not run smoothly.

4 Spannen der Leine im
Schließprofil (D)
Beim Spannen der Leine
ist es wichtig daß die
Zugliste und Kassette
zusammen gehalten
werden.
Schieben Sie die 2
Blöckchen im Schließprofil
(D) nach unten und nach
oben bis Sie eine
Spannung in der Leine
fühlen (auf dem Moment
daß Sie eine Spannung
fühlen, schieben Sie die
Blöckchen noch 1,5 bis 2
cm weiter und drehen Sie
die Blöckchen fest).
Wenn die Leinen zu viel
gespannt worden sind,
bemerken Sie das die Tür
nicht einfach schließt und
öffnet. Die Leinen können
auch gespannt werden
nachdem die Tür an die
Wand befestigt worden ist
(Schritt 5).
4 Spannen van koord (D)
Bij spannen van de 2
koorden is het belangrijk
dat de cassette en de
trekbalk tegen elkaar
worden gehouden!
Op het moment dat u een
lichte spanning in het koord
voelt, schuift u het blokje
nog 1,5-2 cm verder en
draait u het blokje vast.
Als de koorden te strak
gespannen worden, is de
deur zwaarder te bedienen.
Mocht dit het geval zijn,
dan kunt u de koorden
minder strak zetten. Het
koord kan ook gespannen
worden nadat de hordeur
aan de wand van de
caravan bevestigd wordt
(stap 6).

5 Fitting the flyscreen door
Take the complete flyscreen door and put it
on the bottom of the caravan or on the Horrex
threshold against the wall and mark the
position for the 4 modular screws (G). Take
the flyscreen door away and screw the four
modular screws (G) into the wall. Next, hang
the flyscreen door on the modular screws as
shown in the picture below.
5 Einbauen der Tür
Nehmen Sie die ganze Tür und setzen die
auf dem Boden oder auf die Horrex
Schwelle. Zeichnen Sie 4x die Position der
Schrauben Modular (G), sehe Bild unten,
nehmen Sie die Tür weg und schrauben
Sie die 4 Schrauben Modular in die Wand,
wie gezeichnet. Hängen Sie dan die
Fliegenschutztür in die Schraubenmodular.

5 Inbouwen van de deur
Neem de gehele hordeur en plaats deze
op de bodem van de caravan of op de
Horrex dorpel. Teken 4x de positie van
de slobschroeven (G) af, neem de
hordeur weer weg en schroef de 4
slobschroeven in de wand. Hang hierna
de hordeur in de slobschroeven, zoals te
zien is in onderstaande figuur.

The last step is to mount the guide rail.
Door without threshold:
Mount the guide rail (c) with 2 screws (h) to the
floor of the caravan.
Door with Threshold:
Slide the threshold against the lower guide rail (C)
and fix the flyscreen door on the threshold with 2
screws (K). The threshold can now be fixed on the
bottom of the caravan with 2 screws (F).
2 holes (Ø 3 mm) have to be drilled.
