Voorwaarden van inschrijving en betaling Conditions of registration and payment Inschrijving voor een groepscursus Frans 1. De minimumleeftijd voor de groepscursussen Frans is 18 jaar. 2. De toelating tot een bepaald niveau is afhankelijk van het oordeel van onze docenten en de uitslag van de toelatingstoets. 3. Voor uw eerste inschrijving tijdens het lopende cursusjaar, betaalt u :  De cursuskosten  Een bedrag van € 30,- voor de administratiekosten over één jaar (bv Sept 2009Sept 2010/ Jan 2010-Jan 2011)  Het studie- en oefeningenboek dat u tijdens de cursus zult gebruiken. Voor deze boeken worden geen terugbetalingen verricht. 4. Een cursist heeft geen toegang tot de cursus als de cursuskosten niet voldaan zijn vóór het begin van de lessen. There will be no refund on the books. 4. Participants will not be admitted to the class if they have not paid the tuition fees before the starting date of the course. Betaling  De cursuskosten moeten volledig voldaan worden bij inschrijving.  U kunt bij ons contant, met PIN of online betalen.  Betaling in termijnen is niet mogelijk. Herinschrijvingen Om verzekerd te zijn van een cursusplek, kunnen bestaande cursisten zich direct inschrijven voor een volgend niveau. De inschrijving wordt definitief gemaakt na het behalen van de eindtoets. Omdat de Alliance Française de La Haye waarde hecht aan een goede vooruitgang van elke cursist, vragen wij ieder een eindtoets te maken alvorens door te gaan naar een hoger niveau. Cursusaanbod  De Alliance Française de La Haye heeft als doel om u optimale vooruitgang te laten boeken van cursus tot cursus en om u de grootste diversiteit te bieden in het cursusaanbod.  De Alliance Française de La Haye behoudt zich het recht voor een cursus te annuleren als er minder dan 6 inschrijvingen voor zijn. In dat geval zal de Alliance Française de La Haye haar uiterste best doen u een alternatief aan te bieden.  Indien u zich heeft ingeschreven voor een geannuleerde cursus, wordt u hiervan telefonisch of door middel van een e-mail op de hoogte gesteld. In het geval van annulering worden de cursus en administratie kosten volledig terugbetaald binnen twee weken.  Als de docent afwezig is, zal de les worden ingehaald. Terugbetaling van de les is niet mogelijk. Afwezigheid en annulering door de cursist  De cursuskosten worden niet terugbetaald in het geval u de lessen niet kan bijwonen of indien u uw inschrijving annuleert, ongeacht de reden hiervoor.  De Alliance Française de La Haye gaat alleen over tot terugbetaling indien een schriftelijke annulering is ontvangen uiterlijk twee weken voor aanvang van de cursus. Na deze termijn worden er geen terugbetalingen verricht. Voor elke annulering zullen wij €30, - aan administratiekosten in rekening brengen.  Lessen die u gemist heeft, worden niet vergoed en kunnen niet in een andere groep worden ingehaald. Klachten Klachten dienen schriftelijk te worden gericht aan de directeur, dhr. Martin Beyer ([email protected] ), die uw klacht uiterst serieus zal nemen. Indien u het niet eens bent met de afwikkeling van uw klacht, dan zullen wij uw klacht voorleggen aan het bestuur van de Alliance Française de La Haye. Het oordeel van het bestuur is voor de AFLH bindend. Een klacht zal altijd vertrouwelijk worden behandeld en de AFLH zal er naar streven om binnen twee weken op uw klacht te reageren. Indien uw klacht meer tijd vraagt om te behandelen, wordt u daarvan z.s.m. schriftelijk op de hoogte gesteld. Klachten en de wijze van afhandeling worden geregistreerd en voor de duur van 1 jaar bewaard. Re-registrations To be assured of a place in a course, students who already follow a course at the Alliance Française de La Haye can register for the next level. The enrolment will be definitive after the student has passed the test. Because we are anxious that every student makes good progress, everyone will be asked to take the final test before passing to a higher level. Course offer  It is the objective of the Alliance Française de La Haye to let you make the best possible progress from course to course, offering you the greatest possible diversity in courses.  The Alliance Française de La Haye reserves the right to cancel any course if the number of participants registered falls below 6. In that case, the Alliance Française de La Haye will strive to offer you an alternative.  In case the course which you signed up for is cancelled, you will be notified by phone or e-mail. Tuition and administration fees for cancelled courses will be refunded in full within two weeks.  If a teacher is not able to give a lesson, this lesson will be postponed or given by another teacher. There will be no refund for this lesson. Absence and cancellation by participant  There will be no refund of tuition fees if you cannot be present at the courses or if you cancel your registration, whatever the reason.  The Alliance Française de La Haye will only refund tuition fees if a written cancellation has been received no later than two weeks before the start of the course. No refunds will be made after this period. For all cancellations, administration costs of €30, - will be charged.  If you have missed a lesson, you will not be able to catch up for the lesson in another group. This lesson will not be refunded. Claims Any claim should be addressed in a detailed letter to the director, Mr. Martin Beyer ([email protected] ), who undertakes to give the issue its full attention. In the event of litigation, the case will be submitted to the Committee of the Alliance Française de La Haye and their decision will be final. The AFLH will strive to respond to your complaint within two weeks. All complaints will be dealt with in a confidential manner. Should your request require more time to deal with, you will be informed in writing as soon as possible. We register and keep records of any complaint for one year.
