日本税関は国際協力の先頭に立っています。 Japan Customs: the Forefront of International Cooperation 関税局・税関では、開発途上国の税関のレベルアップに協力するため指導的な立場となって国際協力を推進しています。 Japan Customs is promoting international cooperation as a leading country in providing technical cooperation in enhancing the capacity building of Customs administrations of the developing countries. 関税技術協力 Customs Technical cooperation 東・南アフリカ諸国税関改革・近代化フォーラム East and South African countries customs reform/modernization forum 関税局・税関では、政府開発援助の一環として、開発途Ｎ域内共通の制度整備など、開発途上国税関当局の制度上国税関当局からの要請を受けて、研修員の受入れ等を改善・能力向上に貢献するとともに、開発途上国における実施し専門知識・技術を伝授するとともに、途上国税関と良好なビジネス環境の整備に寄与しています。また、開発の交流を図っています。開発途上国税関当局の改革・近途上国税関当局の制度設計に効果的に貢献するとともに、代化に対する支援は、税関手続の調和・簡素化を通じた当局間のネットワークを強化する観点から、アジア・アフリ国際貿易の一層の円滑化、グローバルなレベルにおけるカ地域の複数の途上国税関当局のトップレベルを対象と密輸阻止及びテロ対策等に貢献し、開発途上国のみならしたセミナーを開催しています。ず、我が国にとっても有益なものです。こうした受入研修 WCO 地域研修センター税関研修所は、2004 年 6月に、「WCO 地域研修センター」として認定を受け、アジア・大洋州等のWCO 加盟国の税関職員に対する研修を行うと共に、バンコクにあるWCO 地域キャパシティ・ビルディング事務所と協力して地域セミナーを開催しています。2007年 3月には IPRにかかるWCOアジア大洋州地域セミナーを開催し、アジア・大洋州の 23カ国・地域から計 24 名、民間企業 6 社が参加しました（2008 年中にも地域セミナーを開催予定）。税関研修所は、 WCO 本部やアジア・大洋州におけるWCO 地域研修センター会合に参加し、ベストプラクティスの共有に貢献しています。は、我が国税関職員の派遣と相まって、これまでＡＳＥＡ Japan Customs is active in promoting international technical cooperation for customs administrators of the developing countries. As a part of ODA and requests from the developing countries, this cooperation includes providing training to its counterparts in developing countries, promoting personnel interchanges with them, assisting them in improving their business environment in their WCO Regional Training center home countries as well as networking by organizing a number of seminars. A range of Customs administration officers participates in these programs, including front-line Customs personnel level and at top-ranking Customs officials.
