Sky-Ex Saver – Condition of Contract
<Rate Information>
1. Our rate includes freight charges and other costs incurred from pick-up to delivery except the following cost (a to f).
* This “Door-to-Door Packages Service” specializes in the transportation of the package from a pick-up location to one delivery
destination (written in Air Waybill) based on the instruction by a customer at pick-up location (shipper).
a) Taxes and public dues such as customs duty and sales taxes incurred in Japan.
b) Costs associated with the procedure or operation beyond the regular handling process (Ex: pick-up and delivery requests
outside of our business hours or at designated times, packing/unpacking, reclaiming waste material, delivery address changes,
sorted shipment, additional delivery locations, animal and plant quarantine, content checking, storage fees at customs
warehouse beyond the specified free storage periods, invoice preparation fees, etc.)
c) Special pick-up or delivery charges for outside of the regular pick-up or delivery.
d) Customs duty and delivery charge when the consignee designates a customs broker other than Nippon Express in Japan.
e) Actual costs billed by airlines. (Ex: fuel surcharge, security surcharges)
f) Handling fees for air safety based on the regulations of departing country. (Ex: X-Ray costs, RAF agent fees, etc.)
2. Rate will be determined by the greater weight of actual or volume weight.
Volume weight is based on 6,000 cubic centimeters per one kilogram. Any fraction is rounded up to the next 0.5 kilogram or
3,000 cubic centimeters.
3. Rates are subject to change without notice.
<Condition of Shipment Acceptance>
1. Only 1 package is accepted per Air Waybill and multiple pieces are not accepted.
2. The weight* and the size of the package must not exceed 66.0 lbs (30.0 kg), and 170 cm in length + width + height.
* Greater weight of actual or volume weight
3. Value limitation is 201,000 yen (tax assessable value at arrival in Japan = CIF Value). Depending on the other conditions,
shipment under value limitation may not be accepted.
4. Delivery can be made anywhere in Japan except for remote islands.
5. Items which are prohibited to transfer, export, import, or the items which require special procedure or permit approval
cannot be accepted for transportation with this service.
6. Transportation charged as “collect” will not be accepted.
<Restricted Goods>
1. Any items exceeding the size, weight and value limitation as described in this condition of contract.
2. Valuable goods. (Please contact us for further information.)
3. Correspondence or communication measures defined as private letter correspondence under current laws.
4. Live animals or other items requiring animal quarantine approval, foodstuff or articles subject to Food Sanitary Act, and any
items that are legally prohibited for transport.
5. Human remains, ashes, and organs.
6. Perishable items and any other items which require special handling such as precision equipment or temperature control.
7. Dangerous goods (under ICAO & IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. Please contact us for further information.)
8. Items which may cause damage to, or delay of, equipment, personnel or other shipments.
9. Items which Nippon Express determines to be inappropriate. (Ex: Unaccompanied baggage, shipments requiring temporary
importation, special customs clearance for repaired or altered goods, shipments requiring duty reduction or exemption, etc)
* Additional charges or delay caused by other than NEU may incur for shipments requiring special customs processing or
incomplete or incorrect information provided by the shipper.

<Others>
* Insurance (Marine Cargo Insurance) is available per customer’s (shipper) request. Insured amount will be 110% of CIF value
unless specified. We recommend the purchase of cargo insurance for unexpected loss or damage.
* Nippon Express’ liability is limited to 19 SDR per kilogram for that part of shipment lost, damage or delayed. (17 SDR per
kilogram will apply if subject to the Warsaw Convention amended by Montreal Protocol No.4)
* Customs brokers at origin and destination will be appointed by Nippon Express.
【料金の御案内】
1. 本サービスの料金は、受託から配達までの運送(※)に要する運賃及びその他の費用としますが、次に挙げる a～f は含ま
れません。
(※) 本サービスは、受託時のお客様（荷送人）の指示に基づき、受託から配達先一ヵ所まで(＝航空運送状の記載内容)の
運送を行う「ドアツードアのパッケージサービス」です。
a. 日本で発生する関税・消費税・物品税等の公租公課。
b. 通常の取扱いの範囲を超える手続きや作業の提供に伴う費用。（当社の営業時間外及び時間指定集配、梱包・開梱、
廃材回収、配達先変更、仕分発送、配達先追加、各種届出・検査、内容点検、保税蔵置場の無料保管期間を超える
保管料、インボイス作成料等 )
c. 通常集荷・配達区域外の特別集荷・配達料
d. 荷受人が、日本で当社以外の通関業者を指定した場合の通関・配達料
e. 航空会社の適用する実費料金（燃油サーチャージ、航空保安特別料金）
f. 発地国のレギュレーションに基づく航空保安のための作業料（X-RAY 費用、RAF AGENT FEE 等）
2. 料金は、実重量又は容積重量のいずれか大きい方をもとに算出します。
容積の重量換算は、6,000cm³を 1kg とします。端数は 0.5kg 又は 3,000cm³を単位に切り上げて計算します。
3. 料金は予告なく変更になる場合があります。
【受託の制限】
1. 一つの航空運送状にて受託出来るお荷物は一個（一梱包）とし、二個以上の複数口は不可となります。
2. お荷物一個当りの重量(※)は 66.0lbs（30.0kg）以下、三辺の合計は 170cm 以下とします。
(※) 実重量又は容積重量のいずれか大きい方とします。
3. お荷物の制限金額は、日本到着時の課税標準額-CIF 価格基準で 20 万 1 千円未満としますが、諸条件によってお引き
受けできない場合がございます。
4. 配達可能地域は、離島を除く日本全国です。
5. 法令や規則・約款などにより、運送や輸出入が禁止・制限されている物品、あるいは特別な手続きや許認可を要する物品は、
お引き受けできません。
6. 国際輸送運賃の着払い貨物はお取扱いできません。
【お引き受けできない品目】
１．重量、容積又は金額が、別途定める「受託の制限」の規定を超えるとき
２．貴重品（＊詳しくは事前にお問い合わせください。）
３．信書又は現行法で信書と定義された通信手段
４．生動物および動植物検疫該当品、あるいは食料品・食器等の食品衛生法の該当品、その他輸出入に関わる各種法令規制該当品
５．遺体または遺骨、臓器
６．変質、腐敗しやすいもの、また精密機器や保冷品など特別な取扱いが必要なもの
７．危険品（＊国際航空運送協会の危険品規則で定める危険品ですが、詳しくは事前にお問い合わせください。）
８．器具・人間及び他の受託品に損傷又は配達に遅延を与えることが予想される全ての物品、運送又は輸出入が出発国、到達国、
経由国又は通過国の法令又は規則により禁止されている貨物
９．その他当社が不適当と認めたもの（＊別送品、一時輸入・修理加工品等特殊通関・減免税適用が必要な貨物、船用品）
※ 通関上特別な手続きを要する貨物や、宛先等の表記が不適切な場合は、当社の責任に因らない遅延、超過料金が発生すること
があります。
※ その他取扱い詳細に関しては、｢標準国際利用航空運送約款｣によります。
【その他】
お客様（荷送人）の希望により、保険（外航貨物海上保険）を付保することができます。保険金額は特にお申し出のない限り
CIF 価格の 110％となります。万一に備え、保険 ( 外航貨物海上保険 ) の付保をお勧めいたします。
運送人の責任限度は、受託した貨物の実損（有責損害）部分につき、1kg 当たり 19SDR（ワルソー条約、改正ワルソー条約又は
モントリオール第四議定書の適用をうける場合は 17SDR）を限度とします。
なお、発着地における通関は、当社指定の通関業者によるものとします。
